1. Mobile Money Payments

We accept all major Mobile Money platforms in Uganda, including:

• MTN Mobile Money
• Airtel Money

How to pay with Mobile Money:

1. Select Mobile Money at checkout.
2. Enter your mobile number linked to your Mobile Money account.
3. You will receive a payment prompt from your provider.
4. Enter your PIN to authorize the payment.
5. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately.

2. Card Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major debit/credit cards issued in Uganda or international.

How to pay with cards:

1. Select Card Payment at checkout.
2. Enter your card details securely:
   • Card number
   • Expiry date
   • CVV code
3. Follow the prompts to authorize your payment.
4. Once payment is approved, your order is confirmed and processed.

3. Payment Security

• All payments are processed using secure, PCI-compliant gateways.
• HelloPackit.com does not store your card PIN or Mobile Money PIN.
• Your personal and financial information is encrypted during the transaction to ensure your privacy and safety.

4. Payment Confirmation

• After a successful payment, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details.
• If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You can retry payment or contact our support team for assistance.

5. Payment Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues while making payment:

• Double-check your card or mobile money balance
• Ensure your phone number or card details are correct
• Try again after a few minutes (sometimes mobile networks may be delayed)

6. Refunds

• Refunds for orders paid via Mobile Money or Cards will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 4–7 business days depending on your bank or Mobile Money provider.
