We deliver to all major districts in Uganda using our trusted delivery partners. Below is a list of the districts where we currently offer delivery (via our partner network):

2. Delivery Partner & Service Times
- We partner with a reliable courier services that operate in different parts of the country.
- Delivery time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification when your package is out for delivery and/or when it’s about to reach your district.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees vary depending on your district and the size or weight of your order.
- During checkout, the system will calculate and display the exact delivery fee based on your address and the items in your cart.
- Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions check our offers page to see if you’re eligible.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we may notify you via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website (or app) to check the status of your delivery.
- If you haven’t received tracking details within 24 hours after dispatch, reach out to our support team.
5. Delivery Instructions & Address Tips
- Provide a precise delivery address, including:
- District
- Sub-county / Ward / Zone
- Landmark (e.g., nearby shop, mosque, church, school)
- Telephone number (local mobile) — very important for our courier
- For remote or hard-to-find locations, adding a Google Maps pin or a detailed description will help our courier reach you faster.
- If you’re not available at the time of delivery, we’ll leave the package with a trusted neighbor (if safe) or come back later, depending on the district and courier.
6. What If There’s a Problem With Delivery?
If you experience any of these issues:
- Your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window
- The package is damaged when delivered
- The courier can’t find your location
Action steps:
- Contact us at support@hellopackit.com with your order number and a picture (if damaged).
- We’ll raise a ticket with our courier partner immediately.
- We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue — this may include resending the order or refunding you (depending on the situation).
7. Returns During Delivery
- If you want to return an item when the courier comes, inform the courier before signing for the delivery.
- Our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy applies (see our Returns page).
- If the courier agrees to take back the item, make sure you keep a return receipt or proof of pickup.
8. Bulk Orders & Business Deliveries
- For bulk or wholesale orders, we offer special delivery arrangements (e.g., pallets, business-to-business shipping).
- Contact our sales team at sales@hellopackit.com to discuss logistics, possible discounts, and delivery timelines.
- Depending on the volume and destination, we may partner with freight or logistics companies to optimize cost and time.
9. Delivery Safety & Covid‑19 Measures (if relevant)
- Some of our courier partners follow local health guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
- Where possible, they may offer contactless delivery — simply request it in your order notes.
- We encourage customers to sanitize packages upon receipt.
